Efficiency Optimization Management of New Dragon Fruit Products in Vietnam

The food processing industry, vital for meeting customer demand and optimizing organizational efficiency and productivity, underscores the importance of process and cost management. Such management not only boosts return on investment (ROI), sustainability, and market shares but also upholds business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR). However, the neglect of transforming food waste into valuable alternative products is a common oversight, contributing to a significant global issue.
Through a laboratory-based approach utilizing experimental factorial design, this study aims to inform operational managerial decisions and solutions within the food processing industry. By optimizing production parameters and process design, the research endeavors to generate market-demand by-products that meet quality expectations.
