Adaptive Project Management in the Software Engagements
This thesis investigates the emergence of the Adaptive Project Framework (APF) as a
predominant methodology in software development, transcending its initial scope within
programming projects to become a recognized norm across various domains of project
management. Originally conceived within the realm of Agile methodology, APF's versatility
and potential benefits have propelled its adoption beyond traditional software development
contexts. This study focuses on understanding the adoption and implementation of APF
within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) domain, specifically examining
its application in two distinct firms: Rackspace Technology and Solutions by STC.
