DIFFERENCE IN BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT OF TEACHERS WHO IMPLEMENT CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES VERSUS THOSE WHO ADOPT CLASSROOM DISCIPLINE MEASURES
For decades, the majority of educators seem to have shared a common misinterpretation about the implementation of classroom management and classroom discipline - as well as their application in classroom management techniques. Therefore, the purpose of this is to determine the differences in behavior management of teachers who implement classroom management techniques and those who adopt classroom discipline measures and to learn more about the concept of the status quo. In the survey, the concept is divided into five subgroups: Discipline Dimension, Teaching and Learning Dimension, Psychological and Social Environment in the Classroom, Personal Data, and Personal Dimension. However, since the integration of technology into education, educators have become familiar with different teaching techniques and instructional methods in their classrooms. Moreover, it has helped teachers to make students adhere to the code of conduct and create a better school and classroom culture. By and large, teachers apply various behavior management techniques in delivering content. For example, some of the educators apply classroom management techniques, while others integrate classroom discipline measures into their daily school activities. In short, classroom discipline should be viewed as reactive and problem-oriented, and promote compliance.
