Abstract
The supply chain is the backbone of any business, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from suppliers to end consumers. In recent years, digital transformation has become a crucial factor in enhancing supply chain efficiency. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and Big Data Analytics are revolutionizing traditional logistics and supply chain management practices. With increasing globalization, supply chains have become more complex, involving multiple stakeholders across different regions. The COVID-19 pandemic further highlighted vulnerabilities in traditional supply chains, exposing inefficiencies in inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. Organizations that embraced digital transformation managed to mitigate disruptions and maintain operational continuity. This study delves into the significance of digital transformation in improving supply chain efficiency and resilience. Supply Chain Management (SCM) has evolved over centuries, adapting to changes in trade, technology, and globalization. The concept of managing the flow of goods and services efficiently has existed for a long time, but modern SCM practices emerged in the 20th century. Below is a brief historical background:
