DISC Behavioural Psychology Factors and Strategies For Management Teams and Leadership: Theory and Practice
The purpose of this dissertation is to explore the DISC behavioural psychology factors and strategies in team management and leadership and their practical application in organisations. The focus is on team motivation, particularly in relation to management teams and leadership, and how it affects overall performance. The main aim is to provide practical guidance and strategies for organisations using DISC behavioural psychology in team management and leadership. The paper emphasises the importance of understanding the Platinum Rule and DISC behavioural styles and their effective application in real life and work.
