The effects of COVID-19 on businesses including employers, employees and countries at large

The Covid 19 pandemic started as a public health crisis but quickly became an economic crisis. Most governments since the start of the pandemic aimed to minimize infection and hospitalization by using lockdowns, curfews and other restrictions on in person gatherings However such restrictions lead to severe economic consequences on the operation of businesses and the sustainability of individual livelihoods.
