Academic Achievement & Readiness for self – directed learning in online environments
In today's quickly changing educational world, the capacity to achieve academically and thrive in self-directed learning settings is critical. As technology continues to transform how people access information and engage with educational materials, online learning has developed as a dynamic platform that provides unprecedented flexibility and accessibility. Within this environment, my academic achievements and willingness for self-directed learning stand out, establishing me as a motivated and adaptive learner capable of excelling in the digital sphere. Rapid changes in lifestyle and culture, society, politics, and industry highlight the importance of independent learning for adults as well as kids. The information era presents significant hurdles for learners to keep up with the vast amount of knowledge and practical applications of technological advancements. Furthermore, the challenge of anticipating
future changes due to information explosion can leave learners unprepared to meet their needs. Formal education and training are no longer effective in preparing learners for future learning opportunities.
