In the ever-evolving landscape of contemporary business environments, achieving organizational success necessitates a seamless integration of strategic communication
and effective goal-setting frameworks. This study delves into the critical interplay between strategic communication strategies and the process of goal setting, aiming to
develop a comprehensive framework that aligns these pivotal components for enhanced organizational performance and success.
Drawing on a synthesis of existing literature, empirical research, and practical insights, this research endeavors to establish a structured framework that elucidates the
synergies between strategic communication practices and the establishment, execution, and attainment of organizational goals. By exploring various communication
methodologies and their impact on goal clarity, commitment, and attainment, this study aims to provide a road map for organizations seeking to optimize their communication
strategies to better align with and support their overarching objectives. Through a multidimensional analysis, encompassing both qualitative and quantitative
methodologies, this research aims to uncover the intricate dynamics between communication channels, goal specificity, stakeholder engagement, and organizational
outcomes. The proposed framework intends to offer actionable insights for leaders, managers, and practitioners, delineating strategies to foster a cohesive environment
where communication practices reinforce goal-setting initiatives, fostering organizational cohesion and driving success. Ultimately, this study aspires to contribute a structured model that elucidates the symbiotic relationship between strategic communication and goal setting, serving as a guide for organizations aiming to enhance their effectiveness, agility, and adaptability in a rapidly changing business landscape.
