The economic content of innovation processes in the modern innovative development imperatives of the state corporations in Russia, Belarus and Tajikistan
Abstract. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the creation of a dynamically developing innovative economy is one of the key tasks of the development of Russia and the post-Soviet countries (in particular, Belarus and Tajikistan).
At the same time, in all three countries there are, although to varying degrees, common problems caused by many factors, including disunity in approaches and methods of assessing the role of state corporations in the innovative modernization of national economies.
The purpose of this study was to study the content and role of state corporations in the development of the innovative economy of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tajikistan. A set of research methods was used in the work: economic and logical analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison, statistical analysis. An expert survey was also applied, for which anonymous survey questionnaires were compiled in Google docs.
As a result, the magnitude of two groups of factors that have a stimulating and slowing effect on the innovative development of the economies of the three countries is identified, described and evaluated by experts.
Using the example of the energy industry, the possibilities of innovative modernization of the economies of Russia, Belarus and Tajikistan with the active participation of state corporations are shown. Conclusions are drawn about the key role of state corporations in the development of innovative economies of post-Soviet countries.
